Directions Remove corn from ears. Clean, top and tail celery. Dice celery into small pieces. Place celery and corn in large skillet. Drizzle 4 Tbsp olive oil over celery and corn, and heat on medium/ high. Stirring constantly add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper and 2 Tbsp Herbs de Provence. Saute 4 -5 minutes.
