Directions Place your corned beef brisket into a pot, add the spice packet & cover with water. Cover & bring the water to a boil. Reduce the temperature to simmer & let sit until tender, about 45 minutes per pound. Add the potatoes & carrots & allow to cook until they are tender as well. Add your cabbage & cook for 15 minutes. Take out the meat and allow to sit for 15 minutes. Place all vegetables in a covered bowl with some of the juice they were cooked in & cut the corned beef against the grain. Enjoy!
