• There are no additional forms or paperwork that need to be filled out to be eligible to receive qualifying prescriptions at the everyday low price.  *An additional prescription may be required to convert a 30 day supply to a 90 day supply.
• Everyone is eligible to receive qualifying medications at the everyday low price, regardless of insurance coverage
• Call any Marc's pharmacy and push “0” to talk to a pharmacist, who will be happy to help you transfer your prescriptions to a Marc's pharmacy.
